STATEC BINDER’S PRINCIPAC is a fully automatic, high-performance bagging solution for open-mouth bags. It can process up to 2000 bags per hour, making it one of the leading bagging solutions.

The open mouth bagging machine can process both pillow and gusset bags with filling weights ranging from 10 kg to 50 kg. It can process bags made of woven polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and paper. The prefabricated bags are separated from the magazine and individually transported to the pickup station with the help of vacuum suction cups. These bags are then opened to maximize their volume by the suctions bar, and are clamped to the filling spout. The product is measured to the specified level and is filled into the bag. Upon finishing the filling process, the bags are placed on the conveyor belt and then transported to the bag sealing machine. The bag is then sown, heat-sealed or hot-glued depending on its material.

It is ideally suited for any type of free-flowing bulk products such as petrochemical bulk materials, chemicals, sugar or rice. It can also have an additional equipment such as a dustproof filling spout for powdery products such as flour.

Save time with a continuous extraction system for CBD oil

Devex’s CryoEXS is a time-efficient solution to extract crude CBD oil from cannabis or hemp. It uses cold (-40 C) Ethanol as a solvent to extract useful substances. The equipment is available in 3 sizes depending on the capacity of dry cannabis biomass throughput.

The dried cannabis is fed into the extractor simultaneously with the cold ethanol. This method helps avoid the extra 24 hours of extraction process needed for the winterization step used in traditional methods to eliminate undesired elements from the extract such as fats, waxes, pigments, etc. Additional cannabinoid losses that can occur during the winterization step are also avoided.  Then the mass is recirculated to achieve a highly efficient extraction. The crude CBD oil is then ready for short part distillation. The ethanol used in the extraction process is then sent back to the tank for purification and reuse.

Dorset’s plate belt dryer offers you an efficient and uniform way of drying sewage sludge to be recycled. It uses a belt of perforated steel plates which significant lowers air resistance, resulting in the lowest electric energy consumption of the ventilators.

Post dewatering of the sludge, a dry matter content of 90% can be achieved using the belt dryer for sewage sludge. The dryer plates are galvanized and powder-coated, in order to provide enough protection against aggressive substances. It can also carry a high layer of product on top. It has been configured with wide holes such that the belt does not need cleaning. Its heat recovery unit provides you with an increase in heat-efficiency.  All of its features ensure that your end products continuously have homogeneous qualities after the drying process.
