<h2>Precisely mix powders into liquids</h2>
<p>The continuous plant type zoatec® CPU by AZO LIQUIDS is designed with a flow meter for liquid dosing and a loss-in-weight feeder for extremely precise powder dosing, thus allowing continuous production of high-quality products. It boasts intelligent control engineering and ensures optimum process control.</p>
<p>The machine is unique compared to conventional homogenizers as its flow direction is turned into the opposite direction of the drive. The mixer can also be used as a clean-in-place (CIP) pump due to its high pump capacity. It works by continuously dispersing and mixing variable amounts of dry solids into low viscosity to pasty liquids. Operators donâ€™t need to premix raw materials, which makes the entire process easier.</p>
<p>Apart from fine powders, it is also able to process granules, and coated pellets, simultaneously. The shear rate can also be varied according to the nature of the materials, making the mixer incredibly flexible. DYNO<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup>-MILL MULTI LAB (ML) from WAB-GROUP<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup> is a flexible laboratory agitator bead mill, ideal for research and development and small-scale productions of cosmetics. It can accommodate varying grinding chamber sizes, material selection, and grinding technology. That in both, continuous and discontinuous operation. For the smallest applications, it is designed to use the finest grinding beads down to 0.1mm.</p>
<p>Discontinuous operation employs specially designed 0.15 l and 0.3 l grinding vessels to process low-viscosity suspensions in batch sizes of 85 ml and 170 ml, respectively. Continuous operation is suited to handle highly fluid to viscous, pumpable products. There, grinding containers of 0.15, 0.3, 0.6, and 1.4 l volumes are available to process batch sizes exceeding 500 ml. The use of high-quality ceramic components like SiC, and ZrO<sub>2</sub> assures no metal contamination and thereby, a long service life. It offers variability with two grinding principles in one mill: the DYNO<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup> agitator disc and the patented DYNO<sup>&Acirc;&reg;</sup>-ACCELERATOR.</p></p>
