STATEC BINDER’S SYSTEM-F is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine. It has a bagging capacity of about 900 bags an hour. It produces pillow bags and gusset bags with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5 kg and 50 kg from the flat film.

The flat film to be used for packaging the product is first inflated with the help of a forming shoulder. This process is easily carried out because the forming shoulder is laced with a low friction coating. The initial seal on the film is made by a constantly heated hot-sealing bar, which performs vertical overlapping sealing. The product to be packaged is weighed according to pre-set requirements and is poured into the film via the filling tube. The hot-sealing bar then seals the filled package on the top, while also forming a lower seal for the next flat film. The packaging system also has a built-in blade which ensures that filled bags are separated from the tube. The entire process is carried out with the shortest possible cycle times with the help of an intensive air cooling system.

The Vertical Form Seal Machine has an adjustable format set which allows different package sizes to be produced. The format or production can be changed by just one person in just a few minutes by a rotating magazine. This rotating magazine is installed directly on the machine and holds several format sets of different sizes ready at all times. Although it is primarily aimed to be used for packaging moderately free flowing products such as chemicals, it is also suitable to be used with products such as animal feed, fertilizer and salt.

STATEC BINDER’S PRINCIPAL-R is a high-performance robot palletizer. This palletizing system is highly reliable owing to the prowess of the robot manufacturers. The robot palletizing system uses articulated arm robots with four axes and a rotation of up to 360° in the R-axis. It is particularly suitable for palletizing and depalletizing applications due to its fast and repeatable movement, ensuring a high output in the shortest cycle time. The operation and selection of the pallet patterns are carried out simply via a touch screen. The set-up variants range from a single to a double to a multiple line arrangement.

It can carry out about 1400 cycles per hour. It uses different robot models depending on the desired performance, thus making it highly flexible. Save time with a fast and flexible open-mouth bagging carousel

STATEC BINDER’s CIRUPAC is a high-performance bagging carousel which is extremely reliable and accurate. It is specially designed for the packaging of flour and powdery products in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. It is ideal for filling prefabricated open mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper, and can achieve a maximum output of up to 1200 bags per hour.

The Open-mouth bag filling machine for powders is configured with a continuously rotating carousel. The components of the machine are connected to each other with utmost precision to ensure a seamless operation. The prefabricated bags are individually separated from the magazine by vacuum suction and are sent to the pickup station. Upon arrival to the filling spout, the bag is opened and clamped to the filling spout for the filling process. The product is then measured to the specified level and poured into the bag via an intermediate hopper.

At any given time, up to six bags can be filled via the six different filling stations housed in the carousel. The filled bags are transported to the bag sealing station, and during the time of transport the product is continuously compacted by special vibration plates. All these steps take place continuously, thus ensuring a seamless packed bag output. Its applications include powdery products such as flour, animal feed premixes or corn starch, etc.

STATEC BINDER’S SYSTEM-T is a fully automatic form fill seal bagging machine in which forming, filling and sealing of a package take place on the same machine. It can bag up to 2400 units per hour and combines high-quality packaging from a polyethene (PE) tube with high production capacity.

The form fill seal bagging machine has workstations for forming, filling and sealing the bags, which means that three bags are always being processed simultaneously. This enables a shorter cycle time for each stage of the process. It also ensures that even at high production speeds the bags are always formed, filled and sealed at the precise moment. High level and high-performance palletizer

STATEC BINDER’S PRINCIPAL-H is a fast, high-level palletizer capable of stacking up to 2400 bags or cartons per hour. It is configured with an empty pallet magazine and an outfeed system. It has a bag flattener at the beginning which ensures that the bags are in shape for stacking and a full pallet removal station. The system has a pallet magazine with high capacity in order to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation. The pallets stacked in the magazine are automatically separated and prepared for palletizing. The bags to be stacked are passed through the bag pressing belt to make sure they achieve a uniform shape. These bags can be layered according to the input layer pattern. The palletizer is equipped with an overhead rotating device that helps place the bags in the required position for different layer patterns.

The automatic palletizer machine for bags ensures a clean layer pattern by the synchronous belt drive of the layer pusher, which enables the exact positioning of the bags or boxes, as well the motorised side shifters to achieve a stable desired layer. The layer forming plate places the completed layers on the pallet. The pallet is then pressed against the layer forming plate to improve its stability.

STATEC BINDER’S PRINCIPAC is a fully automatic, high-performance bagging solution for open-mouth bags. It can process up to 2000 bags per hour, making it one of the leading bagging solutions.

The open mouth bagging machine can process both pillow and gusset bags with filling weights ranging from 10 kg to 50 kg. It can process bags made of woven polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and paper. The prefabricated bags are separated from the magazine and individually transported to the pickup station with the help of vacuum suction cups. These bags are then opened to maximize their volume by the suctions bar, and are clamped to the filling spout. The product is measured to the specified level and is filled into the bag. Upon finishing the filling process, the bags are placed on the conveyor belt and then transported to the bag sealing machine. The bag is then sown, heat-sealed or hot-glued depending on its material.

It is ideally suited for any type of free-flowing bulk products such as petrochemical bulk materials, chemicals, sugar or rice. It can also have an additional equipment such as a dustproof filling spout for powdery products such as flour.
